Hmm...not a fan of either really. But I guess possibly the beach since I wouldn't mind being near the ocean. As long as the weather wasn't hot!
Also I'd have no intentions of getting into said ocean since I grew up watching the movie Jaws! Yeah, soooo not happening! ;)

I would say a private pool. So I can lay outside in whatever I want with a book and not have to have people looking at me and makes me paranoid.

I like them both but most of the time we end up at a pool rather then a beach. it's a drive for us to get to a beach around here though.
I love both of them, but the pool is much more accessible.

both?! I like the clear crisp water of a pool, & the fact that I can see what I'm swimming with! I love the beach, but only at the ocean...........and I HAVE to be able to see in the water around me. I don't want no eels slinking around by me!

Touch choice! I love my pool, but the heater is broken so we can only use it half the year. The beach (15 minutes away) stays the same temp year-round, but in the summer is loaded with tourists! For a lazy summer day, I guess my pool.
