Summary from Goodreads:
“Dreams are sacred…”
At the age of twenty-six single, geeky bookseller Till Nesbitt inherits the shock of a lifetime: a huge Victorian farmhouse filled with unique tenants, and the knowledge that there is a reason she’s always been different. She’s destined to become a Fairy Godmother, because the skills are written into her DNA.
Till embarks on her fairy education at Dreams Come True University with much trepidation, guided on her journey by a unique mentor: a Celtic hybrid with a secret by the name of Gus.
When Till falls head over heels for Gus, will she break the most serious law in the Fairy Code, or will the truth of what really happened to Gus’s parents keep them from repeating history?

A book about Fairy Godparents…wouldn't I have LOVED to have a fairy godmother when I was little. Well, doesn't that run through all little girls minds as we watch Cinderella? The pumpkin and mice turning into a carriage with beautiful horses and a beautiful ball gown, all supplied from our very own fairy godmother.
Well this book begins with Till working in her parents book shop, when during her Christmas break her Great Aunt Tilda asked her to come help clean out some items to be packed up. She has no idea what a turn her life was about to take. Her Great Aunt has a secret that her family doesn’t know about; it's a secret that also affects Till too. At first Till was like NO WAY! This woman is definitely losing it. Until Till comes to know her Great Aunt secret of being a fairy godmother and the other fairy godparents that are living upstairs in her big old house - tenants of sorts.
One of the main “rules” for fairy godparents is they cannot fall in love with another fairy godparent. But Till, being the little rebel that she is and Gus being the sweetie pie that he is, she falls head over heels for him. We follow her story from the realization that she was a fairy godmother to the death of her aunt. Then as Til learned all the ends and outs of the fairy life from her new friends and from the fairy university that she was attending, she was also falling in love with one of the fairies named Gus. (SO COOL a fairy university).
This story is so sweet, yet at some points it was heart breaking. I absolutely LOVED every one of the characters. I was spell bound as I read about their charges and the care and love they had for them. What an awesome responsibility that would be. I was sucked in from the beginning and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I would love for February to write a sequel. I want to know what Till’s life becomes after becoming a full fledged Fairy Godmother. :)
