REVIEW
Bathsheba (Bash) and Lily are twins and have always had a very strained relationship. Bash is the "good" twin, blinded at three from an accident and things haven’t been the same between the sisters. Lily deals with a little jealousy and is a loner of sorts, going from one bad relationship to another, since accidentally introducing the guy that she liked to her sister. He fell for Bash and never thought twice about Lily. This incident lead to a majority of the reason there is a such a rift in their relationship. Lily also has always “heard” voices that she’s not to sure about and has kept them at bay until the culmination of everything.  Years later another horrible accident happens and their parents are killed. Trying to help smooth over their relationship, Bash takes Lily, along with her boyfriend and other friends up to Colorado to a ski resort for a vacation. However, things start going very wrong.

Their trip to starts off normal enough. Until Scott - Bash's boyfriends younger brother -  falls on the slopes. You start to get a creepy feeling that the reason Lily hears voices is the cause of Scotts accident and everything else that has happened. I think the others on the trip begin to become very weary of Lily too. You have this feeling that something is about to happen and then things start to go from bad to worse. From then on there isn’t a moment that you aren’t just creeped out. There’s an old lady in black, evil magic, blood- lots of blood, fire, people dying, and people coming back from the dead.  Erin did a great job of keeping our curiosity going and not letting on to what's going to happen or even whats happening until the very end.

I enjoyed all of the characters. Erin did a wonderful job of pulling us in by letting us get to know Lily, Bash, and all of Seth's friends that went on the ski trip. Then one by one they were grotesquely removed from the story.

The only word that I can describe this book by is CREEPY! I don't read many book that can creep me out and That I have to read with the lights on. LOL!
